A business and retail park in the centre of Livingston (West Lothian), Almondvale Business Park lies a quarter-mile (0.4 km) west of The Centre. It was developed by the Livingston Development Corporation from 1994, subsequently passing to Cala Properties. Six buildings offer a total of 16,858 sq. m (181,397 sq. feet) of office space; namely Barbara Richie House, Denholm House, Earlston House, Lauder House, Leithen House and Navigation House. Tenants include Education Scotland (which was previously Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Education), GE Energy, HM Revenue and Customs, HSBC Bank, IQVIA/Quintiles Professional Services Centre, the Scottish Building Standards Agency and Witherby Publishing Group, with further areas of land still available for development.
Three public artworks by sculptor Mary Bourne are installed here; Celtic Stone, Floral Stone and Leaf Lines, all dating from 1995.
Later developments have extended nearby retail activity into the Almondvale Business Park and have included a homeware warehouse and a homeware store with garden centre.
