An isolated location in the Glenkens of N Central Dumfries and Galloway, Corseglass is situated 3 miles (5 km) north northeast of St. John's Town of Dalry. Corseglass Bridge carries an unclassified road over the Earlstoun Burn and nearby is the ruined two-roomed Corseglass School, which was abandoned in 1929. Corseglass Hill rises to 275m (902 feet) a half-mile (1 km) to the southeast.
