A farm and northeastern residential district of Neilston in East Renfrewshire, Nether Kirkton lies a quarter-mile (0.5 km) from the village centre. Nether Kirkton House comprises two storeys and a basement. It dates from the mid-19th century and was converted into flats in 2005. Previously B-listed, this status was removed in 2017. The property is now marooned amongst a sterile development of sizeable modern homes.
