A small settlement on the course of the Antonine Wall in Falkirk Council Area, Inveravon is located right bank of the River Avon, 1¼ miles (2 km) northeast of Polmont and 2 miles (3 km) southeast of Grangemouth. The Grangemouth Refinery lies immediately to the north on the opposite side of the A905 road.
