Preston Mill, East Linton

A hamlet of East Lothian, Preston or "the priest's toun" is situated immediately to the northeast of East Linton. Preston Mill, an 18th-century National Trust property is located here and the Phantassie Doo'cot lies a short walk over the River Tyne. Located on a site long associated with religious worship, parts of Prestonkirk Parish Church date from the 13th century.
