Letham


Falkirk

A former mining village in Falkirk Council area, situated on the carseland to the south of Airth, immediately north of the M876 motorway. Divided into two parts, Letham Cottages are arranged around three sides of an area of land once occupied by the colliery and coal bing, while Letham Terraces form a distinct linear development. The village was designated a conservation area in 1978.
