Kipps

A location in the Bathgate Hills, Kipps lies a half-mile (0.8 km) east of Lochcote Reservoir and 1½ miles (2.5 km) northeast of Torphichen. There is a farm here and the remains of Kipps Castle, which was home to Sir Robert Sibbald (1641 - 1722). Kipps Hill lies to the west.
