A farm in the extreme E of Glasgow City, Commonhead lies a quarter-mile (0.4 km) southeast of Easterhouse. Commonhead Road extends west from the A752, crossing the M73 motorway. Commonhead Primary School on Dungeonhill Road in Easterhouse was destroyed by fire in 2012 and demolished.
