A location in NW Aberdeenshire, Starhill includes a group of ruined buildings and farmsteads at Crofts of Starhill, Mains of Starhill and Nethertown of Starhill, all situated on the northeastern slopes of Star Hill, a half-mile (1 km) west of Newton of Ardonald. There is another Starhill in Moray, 7½ miles (12 km) to the north northeast.
