Hatton

A village of Buchan in Aberdeenshire, Hatton (occasionally Hatton of Cruden) lies on the Water of Cruden, 2 miles (3 km) east of Cruden Bay. Originally known as the Free Kirkton of Cruden, the village developed after the founding of Cruden Free Church here in 1844.
