A village in the Lochs district of the Isle of Lewis in the Western Isles, Leurbost (occasionally Luerbost, Gael: Liurbost; formerly Luirbost) lies 6 miles (9 km) southwest of Stornoway and near the head of Loch Leurbost (Gael:Loch Liurboist). The village benefits from the Lochs School (Sgoil nan Loch) and two churches.
