Kildean

Stirling

A location in Stirling Council Area, Kildean lies on the River Forth, to the north of Raploch, on the northwestern edge of Stirling. Said to be the site of the original Stirling Bridge, it was for many years the location of a cattle market, which closed in 2009 and was redeveloped as the site for Forth Valley College in 2012. The restored Kildean Mill dates from 1697.
