Hushinish (Huisinis) Western Isles A location in the far west of North Harris in the Western Isles, Hushinish (Gael: Huisinis) lies to the north of Hushinish Bay (Bagh Huisinis), an inlet at the mouth of West Loch Tarbert, 5 miles (8 km) west of Amhuinnsuidhe at the end of the B887 road, and 15 miles (24 km) northwest of Tarbert.
