A small settlement of the Strathbogie district of W Aberdeenshire, Cults lies 1¼ miles (2 km) north northwest of Kirkhill of Kennethmont and 5 miles (8 km) south of Huntly. The Glen of Cults extends to the northeast, while Leith Hall lies a mile (1.5 km) to the south southeast.
