Auchtertyre

Auchtertyre is the larger of two neighbouring farms which together form the SRUC Hill & Mountain Research Centre. It is located in Strath Fillan, midway between Crianlarich and Tyndrum. The West Highland Way passes through and there is a campsite here. Nearby is St. Fillan's Holy Pool on the River Fillan.
