A linear settlement drawn out along the southern shore of Loch Boisdale on South Uist in the Outer Hebrides, South Lochboisdale (Gael: Taobh a' Deas Loch Baghasdail or Ceann a' Deas Loch Baghasdail) lies 1¼ miles (2 km) southwest of Lochboisdale, the principal settlement of the island. A sculpture entitled The Listening Place was installed at the end of the road to the east in 2001.
