A location with a ruined tower in the valley of the Leithen Water, 2 miles (3 km) north of Innerleithen, Lee (also Ley) comprises a farm, the ruined 16th-century tower-house (which was a property of the Home family followed by the Kerrs) and the Lee Burn, which descends from the summit of Lee Burn Head (452m / 1482 feet). To the south is Lee Pen (502m / 1646 feet).
