A small hamlet strung out along the northeastern shore of Loch Ranza on the north coast of Arran (North Ayrshire), Newton Shore occupies a raised beach, a quarter-mile (0.5 km) northeast of the village of Lochranza and a similar distance southeast of Newton Point.
