A location on the southern shore of Aberlady Bay in East Lothian, Kilspindie lies a half-mile (0.8 km) northwest of Aberlady, immediately to the southeast of Aberlady Point, which is also sometimes known as Kilspindie Point. The remains of a 16th-century castle can still be seen, while a Customs House, dating from 1536 and now converted to residential use, lies next to the remains of Aberlady Harbour, once the port for Haddington. Nearby is the clubhouse of Kilspindie Golf Course.
