A' Bhuidheanach

A summit on the border between Highland and Perth & Kinross, A' Bhuidheanach rises to 879m (2883 feet) 2½ miles (4 km) northeast of the Pass of Drumochter. This mountain is recorded as Am Buidh-aonach on the First Edition Six-Inch Ordnance Survey map of 1867. While the name A' Bhuidheanach is explicitly recorded on modern Ordnance Survey maps, there are two more significant mountains nearby with similar names; namely A' Bhuidheanach Mhor a half-mile (1 km) to the southeast and A' Bhuidheanach Bheag a mile (1.5 km) to the south.
