River Almond at Almondbank

A river of Perth and Kinross, the River Almond rises to the south of Loch Tay and flows generally eastwards for 30 miles (48 km) before joining the River Tay just to the north of Perth. Rising in Breadalbane, to the south of Loch Tay, the river flows east through Glen Almond, southeast through the Sma' Glen and then through Logiealmond and Buchanty Spout, passing Tulchan and Glenalmond College, before flowing through Almondbank to fall into the Tay.
