Strathfarrar Glen lies within the Inverness district of Highland Council Area, and carries the waters of the River Farrar from the head of Loch Monar some 12 miles (20 km) eastwards to join the River Glass a half-mile (1 km) east of Struy. Within the glen are the lochs of a'Mhuillidh and Beannacharan while further east lies the Culligran Falls.
