Parish of Carnock Carnock is a small parish, which lies in Fife Council Area, some 3 miles (6 km) west of Dunfermline in Fife and 9 miles (15 km) southwest of Kinross in Perth and Kinross.It is located in the old county of Fife, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.The parish has an area of 14.1 sq. km (5.4 sq. miles).
