Parish of Clackmannan Clackmannan is a coastal parish, which lies in Clackmannanshire Council Area, some 3 miles (6 km) east of Alloa in Clackmannanshire and 9 miles (14 km) north of Polmont in Falkirk.It is located in the old county of Clackmannanshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.The parish has an area of 34.3 sq. km (13.2 sq. miles).
